Nominations and Elections Committee The Nominations and Elections committee work to assemble a slate of capable candidates to be represented on a ballot in which the regional membership is invited to vote. Three new Board members are elected each year, to replace those leaving the board after the end of their 3-year terms. Nominations and assembly of a ballot takes place during the fall, voting occurs in late Winter/early Spring, and new Board Members begin their term at the Spring Symposium.
