The
award of Fellow is the highest honor the Costume Society
of America can bestow on its members. A Fellow shall be a member of the Society for at least ten
continuous years whose members wish to honor for exceptional
dedication, commitment, leadership and service within the Society
and for significant contributions to the field of costume.
