Dr. Michael E. Mamp is Director & Curator of the Textile & Costume Museum and Associate Professor of fashion and textile history at Louisiana State University, where he stewards a collection of about 10,000 artifacts. His research focuses on twentieth-century European and American fashion, especially women designers, queer fashion, and Acadian textiles.
